I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I originally came in looking for a cheap used refrigerator after my landlord replaced my broken one with a much smaller model that just wasn’t practical for a family of three. That turned out to be a blessing because I found this place. Grace was incredible from the start. She was kind, patient, super communicative, and even sent photos to my phone before I arrived so I could get an idea of what they had. When I got there, she was just as warm and personable in person. We ended up having great conversations beyond just appliances, and she made the whole experience feel comfortable and genuine. Truly top-tier customer service. The concept of the store is fantastic. They sell brand-new appliances with cosmetic dents or blemishes at heavily discounted prices. I was able to get a nearly $900 refrigerator for $458, and the only issue was a dent I can completely live with. It came with a warranty, I registered it without any problems, and it’s working perfectly. The delivery driver was just as impressive. Respectful, attentive, conversational, and very professional. The whole experience felt personal and welcoming, like dealing with a family-run business that actually cares. This place deserves way more visibility. If you need a refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, or really any appliance and don’t mind minor cosmetic flaws, this is the spot. Amazing prices, great people, and a stress-free experience. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would.

Hua is extremely helpful on getting my appliance setting up well, I have purchased a fridge and a dryer from her, all come out great and she handles some of the issues during installation for me without charges, highly recommend it to everyone, best in town!

I was planning to grab a used fridge for my basement, but then I randomly found this awesome shop! Don't let the simple storefront fool you; the staff are super pro. They hooked me up with a bunch of large-capacity fridges, explaining all the features. I thought these would be pricey, but their deals were so good I didn't even need to bother with a secondhand store. I ended up buying the French door fridge in the photo. Since it was for the basement, I didn't care about a few scratches as long as the price was right. This fridge was perfect: affordable, unused, fully functional, and even came with a one-year warranty. They also delivered it right on time the next day. Seriously glad I found this place! The owner was cool and professional. I'm definitely telling all my friends about this trustworthy shop!

I've been ordering from them since they first opened because their professional background and warm, attentive explanations built trust from our very first encounter. As a real estate broker and a property manager, I desperately needed an affordable, reliable appliance supplier like them. Over the past two and half years, we've purchased more than a dozen refrigerators alone, along with countless washers, dryers, and more. All I need to do is tell them the property value, the owner's requirements, and the budget, and they immediately match me with the most suitable products. Their delivery has been always prompt and professional, and they even trained my clients/tenants on the daily use and troubleshooting. I appreciate their strict quality control—over the past two-plus years, none of my orders have had any quality issues. I'm delighted to have worked with them for so long. Though I've only met them in person a few times (since I usually order by phone or text), their service remains consistently excellent—they never cut corners on any order, whether you're there or not. I could have written this review earlier, but I didn't want to jump to conclusions. Now, I believe time has proven everything. So I highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliances—their products are the best in terms of quality, price, and service, and they are completely trustworthy!

5/5 stars for 10/10 service, they had great communication the whole way. I got a brand new washer and dryer set for less than I can get anywhere else even after adding a lengthy delivery distance, installation, and extra parts we didn’t have included in our apartment with no damage to my walls, door frame, or floor. And I get the added bonus of supporting a local business?! Could this deal get any better? 😁🩷🩷

I had an amazing experience at Appliances 4 Less Lexington! The store has a huge variety of appliances in excellent condition — all for at least half the price you usually find on the market. The owner, Hua, is extremely attentive and truly knows everything you need to know about each appliance. They also offer delivery and financing options, which makes the whole process even easier. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Highly recommended!

I bought a washer and dryer set here last year—they were great quality at a great price. I have been using and loving them ever since. When I decided to renovate my kitchen recently and update the appliances, this was the go-to place that came to mind. I’m not surprised to see the business has grown since last year. I'm so happy for the owners! The new location is larger and brighter. They’ve added the GE brand to their lineup in addition to LG. The owners are very knowledgeable about their products, which saved us a huge amount of time in finding the right appliances to meet our needs. I ordered a refrigerator, dishwasher, range hood, and water purifier and got a package deal. The products, prices, and service remain excellent and as reliable as ever. Their delivery and installation continued to make the experience smooth and worry-free. Their remote and on-site support allowed us to start using our new appliances with ease. I’m truly grateful for their pre-sales and after-sales support throughout our remodeling project. It’s such a joy to come across a store that puts so much heart into what they do. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. By the way, if you buy more, they'll give you even better discounts and surprises!

Highly recommend this store. For many reasons. They have amazing, high quality appliances, the owner and staff are sure friendly and their prices are unbeatable. My friend recently got a townhouse and needed a washer and dryer that was good quality, performed well and was within her price range. We purchased several appliances here for our first home, including a refrigerator, stove, steam & bake combi oven, and desk lamps. Hua helped us find the proper sizes and models for our space. We were on a tight budget, but Hua went above and beyond to help us find the best models at the best prices. It was unbelievable that these beautiful, high-quality items ended up costing us almost half of what we expected. My husband also had very specific preferences for the stove, and even though it wasn’t available in the store, Hua arranged for it to be ordered and shipped. I also want to mention that her installation team was professional, efficient, and fast. Overall, an excellent experience—we highly recommend this store!
